RETURNS & REFUNDS

All stock is vintage and pre-loved and not new. Pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. All items are ‘sold as seen’. If you’d like to see more photos get in touch and we’ll send a short video clip or more photos via whatsapp or email. 

We have confidence in our products, yet, due to the nature of the business (shipping from the UK to Australia) items purchased are non refundable once the container has set sail. If you change your mind on any purchased item you must notify us at hello@fmefurniture.com.au within 7 days of purchase and before the scheduled container packing day (TBA).

In the event of any goods being damaged during shipment from the UK to Australia, we will contact you immediately once the container is unpacked and checked to rectify the problem and/or offer a refund or replacement if possible – as most items are one –offs a replacement may not be available.
